In a dynamic campaign, you are in a war where everything is simulated. This means that when you bomb a bridge, enemy troops cannot use that bridge and must find another way or rebuild the bridge. The bomb that was used to destroy the bridge is also gone, so a new bomb must be transported to the air base.
